Botulinum Toxins are prescription only, meaning they are subjected to extensive health and safety checks before being allowed on the market as they are with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in America and EMEA in Europe EMEA.
Breast implants are seen as medical devices and therefore (unfortunately) not subjected to the same rules and regulations.
